User Guide: Sales Report Screen (Gold) - Sales System Smart Pro ERP

Accessing the Sales Report Screen (Gold):

1. After logging into the system, navigate to the sidebar menu.
2. Click on "Sales System" in the menu.
3. Select the node "Gold Sales - Sales Report (Gold)".

• Steps:

1. The input fields on the screen will be initialized where you can enter the details of the new transaction.
2. Enter the required information in the mentioned input fields (From Date - To Date - Party - Employee - Branch - Warehouse - Financial Year)
3. Select the type of report you want to display - Sales Report - Sales Returns - Item Sales - Department Sales - Invoice Profits

1. After selecting the type of report you want to display, click the "Search" button to show the report.

* Make sure to enter the data correctly to display the report *
