Explanation of Employee Tasks Screen
After logging into Smart Pro ERP, click on the Human Resources System in the sidebar menu, and then access the "Employee Tasks" screen.
After entering all required information, you can click the "Save" or "Add" button to add the new employee task to the system. You must ensure that all necessary fields are filled in correctly to guarantee data accuracy.
When successfully added, the task information will appear in the employee tasks list and can be accessed later to modify or review it.
The Employee Tasks screen contains the fields and information necessary for entering data in the Human Resources Management System. To add employee tasks, follow these steps:
- Task Name: This field specifies the name of the task that must be performed by the employee.
- Task Description: This field specifies a detailed description of the task that the employee must perform.
- Employee Comment: This field is used to add any comments or notes that the employee wishes to provide regarding the task.
- Date From: This field indicates the task start date.
- Date To: This field indicates the task end date.
- Branch: This field specifies the branch to which the task is related.
- Employee Number: This field specifies the number of the employee who will be assigned the task.
- Priority: This field specifies the level of importance or priority for the task, such as high, medium, or low.
- Status: This field indicates the status of the task, such as "New", "In Progress", or "Completed".
