User Guide for Quick Sales Invoice Screen

1. Top Navigation Bar

At the top of the page, you will find buttons to control the invoice and perform additional actions:

  • New: To create a new invoice.
  • Save: To save the current invoice.
  • Pay: To complete the payment process.
  • Print: To print the invoice.
  • Return: To return goods.
  • More...: To display additional actions.

2. Classification Buttons

Below the top navigation bar, there is a set of buttons to filter products by category:

  • Printer 1, Water, Oil, Tires, Filters, Accessories, Clothing 1, Abayas, etc.

Select the appropriate category to display the products associated with it.

3. Product List

On the right side of the screen, the available products within the selected category will be displayed:

  • Each product is displayed with an image, price, name, and description.
  • To add a product to the invoice, click on the desired product.

4. Invoice Details

In the middle and left sections of the screen, you will find a table containing the invoice details:

  • First column: A button to delete the product from the invoice.
  • Second column: The total price of the product.
  • Third column: The unit price of the product.
  • Fourth column: Quantity.
  • Fifth column: Product name.

5. Page Control Elements

At the top of the invoice table, there are control elements for navigating between pages and searching:

  • Navigation buttons (forward and back): To navigate between different pages.
  • Search button: To search for specific products.

How to Create a Quick Sales Invoice

  1. Choose a category: Click on one of the category buttons to display the associated products.
  2. Add products: Click on the products you wish to add to the invoice. The products will appear in the invoice details table.
  3. Edit quantities and prices: In the invoice details table, you can modify the quantity and price for each product.
  4. Delete a product: If you wish to remove a product from the invoice, click the red delete button next to the product.
  5. Save the invoice: After you finish adding products and editing the details, click the "Save" button to save the invoice.
  6. Print or pay: You can print the invoice by clicking the "Print" button or complete the payment process by clicking the "Pay" button.
