Equipment Screen Explanation

After logging into Smart Pro ERP, click on the Equipment System in the sidebar, then access the "Equipment" screen.

After entering all required information, you can click the "Save" or "Add" button to add the new equipment to the system. Make sure to enter all necessary fields correctly to ensure data accuracy.

When successfully added, its information will appear in the equipment list and can be accessed later to modify or review it.

The Equipment screen contains the fields and information necessary to enter equipment data in the Equipment System. To add new equipment, follow these steps:

Number: Enter the unique equipment number in the system. This number is used to identify and distinguish the equipment uniquely. • Equipment Name: Enter the name of the equipment or device. You may have different equipment such as machines, devices, or vehicles, and this field is for entering the name of each piece of equipment. • Frame Number: Enter the frame or chassis number of the equipment. This number is used to uniquely identify the equipment's frame and may be important for maintenance tracking and spare parts history. • Branch: You may have multiple branches or locations for the company or organization using the system. Enter the name of the branch to which the equipment belongs. • Model: Enter the model or type of the equipment. This helps identify the equipment type and its technical specifications. • Meter: Enter the current meter reading for the equipment. This field may be used for equipment that requires tracking usage based on hours or kilometers traveled. • Plate Number: Enter the registration plate number or metal plate number of the equipment. This number is used to identify and recognize the equipment through its plate number. • Current Location: Enter the current location of the equipment. This field can be used to track the equipment's location and determine its whereabouts in case of multiple locations or branches. • Manufacturing Country: Enter the manufacturing country of the equipment. This field reflects the country where the equipment was manufactured. • Notes: This field is used to add any additional notes or relevant information about the equipment, such as previous maintenance dates or other important details.

Equipment Movement refers to a record that documents the movement of equipment from one location to another or between different projects:

Driver: Enter the name of the driver who operated or drove the equipment during the movement. • Receipt Date: Enter the date the equipment was received from a previous location or project. • Delivery Date: Enter the date the equipment was delivered to the new location or next project. • Location: Enter the new location to which the equipment was moved. • Supervisor: Enter the name of the supervisor or person responsible for managing the equipment movement. • Meter Reading at Receipt: Enter the current meter reading for the equipment at the time of receipt. • Equipment Condition: Enter the condition of the equipment after delivery, such as "Ready for use" or "Needs maintenance" or "Under repair" etc. • Attach File: Allows the user to attach any file related to equipment movement, such as inspection or maintenance reports or any other relevant documents.

Maintenance Movement relates to documenting processes related to equipment maintenance.

Technician: Enter the name of the technician or team responsible for performing maintenance operations on the equipment. • Maintenance Date: Enter the date of performing maintenance operations on the equipment. • Maintenance Location: Enter the location or center where maintenance operations were performed on the equipment. • Meter Reading at Maintenance: Enter the current meter reading for the equipment at the time of performing maintenance. • Maintenance Parts: Enter the parts of the equipment that were serviced or replaced during the maintenance operation. • Location: Enter the current location of the equipment after completing maintenance operations. • Notes: This field can be used to add any additional notes or comments about the maintenance operation or equipment condition. • Attach File: Allows the user to attach any files related to maintenance movement, such as maintenance reports, invoices, or any other relevant documents.

Transfer Movement relates to documenting the transfer of equipment from a previous location to a new location.

Previous Location: Enter the location where the equipment was before the transfer operation. • New Location: Enter the new location to which the equipment was transferred. • Transfer Date: Enter the date the transfer operation was performed. • Transfer Reason: Enter the reason for the transfer operation, such as equipment needed in another project or change in equipment use. • Notes: This field can be used to add any additional notes or comments about the transfer operation or its circumstances. • Attach File: Allows the user to attach any files related to transfer movement, such as inspection reports, authorizations, or any other relevant documents.

Visits and Inspection Movement aims to document visits and inspections performed on equipment.

Technician: Enter the name of the technician or team responsible for the inspection or visit. • Inspection Date: Enter the date the inspection or visit was performed. • Condition: Enter the condition of the equipment after the inspection or visit, such as "Good" or "Needs maintenance" or "Under repair" etc. • Driver: Enter the name of the driver who operated or drove the equipment during the visit or inspection. • Location: Enter the location where the visit or inspection was performed. • Notes: This field can be used to add any additional notes or comments about the visit or inspection. • Attach File: Allows the user to attach any files related to visit or inspection movement, such as inspection reports, photos, or any other relevant documents.

Working Hours Movement aims to document the working hours performed by drivers in a specified time period.

Driver: Enter the name of the driver working the working hours. • Month: Enter the month associated with the working hours. • Number of Hours: Enter the number of hours worked by the driver during the specified month. • Number of Days: Enter the number of days worked by the driver during the month. • Location: Enter the location where the driver works. • Notes: This field can be used to add any additional notes or comments about the working hours. • Attach File: Allows the user to attach any files related to working hours movement, such as attendance schedules, reports, or any other relevant documents.
