# User Guide: Tailoring Report Screen ## Overview The Tailoring Report screen is designed to provide a comprehensive view of all tailoring operations and their financial status within SmartPro ERP. ## Key Features - **Real-time Data**: Display of current tailoring orders and their status - **Financial Tracking**: Monitor costs, revenue, and profitability - **Filtering Options**: Filter reports by date range, customer, or order status - **Export Functionality**: Export reports to Excel or PDF formats - **Performance Metrics**: View key performance indicators for tailoring operations ## Navigation To access the Tailoring Report screen: 1. Navigate to the **Sales System** module 2. Select **Reports** 3. Click on **Tailoring Report** ## Report Columns | Column | Description | |--------|-------------| | Order ID | Unique identifier for each tailoring order | | Customer Name | Name of the customer who placed the order | | Order Date | Date when the order was created | | Delivery Date | Expected delivery date for the order | | Status | Current status of the order (Pending, In Progress, Completed) | | Total Cost | Total cost of materials and labor | | Total Revenue | Total revenue generated from the order | | Profit/Loss | Net profit or loss for the order | ## Filtering and Searching - Use the **Date Range** filter to view orders within a specific period - Enter customer name in the search field to locate specific orders - Filter by **Status** to view orders at different stages of completion ## Exporting Reports 1. Click the **Export** button 2. Select your preferred format (Excel or PDF) 3.
